Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream smothered in caramel sauce with a side order of my homemade German chocolate cake (double topping). And for desert Lindt Lindor white chocolate truffles. To drink, something diet to offset the above.

Prime rib, medium rare, loaded mashed potatoes, garden salad with ranch dressing, some nice warm dinner rolls and a few beers.

Then I'd top it off with a hot fudge sundae, no nuts, with whipped cream and chocolate chip ice cream.

you inspired me....so I went over to Best Meat in Wildwood, bought a prime rib roast and enjoyed it medium rare with mashed potatoes, and a fabulous pan gravy...I opted for broccoli instead of the salad...accompanied with a hearty red wine. We topped it off with some home made lavender ice cream served with mission figs baked in honey and port wine on top

back to tofu, salads and sugar free Jello now though...lol
