Eggplant Parmesan, with fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers, and garlic with fresh green beans with onions, sautéed in olive oil, and fresh corn on the cob. All purchased Saturday at the Brownwood farmers market. Yummmmmmmmmm

Oh ED. That sounds so wonderful.

I do so love to go to the Farmers Market on Saturday at Brownwood and bring back all of that frest produce and decide just how I will prepare it.

I love to cook and I love to go to that Market.

And I love to feed my friends and family.

I loved this place before that Farmers Market came to Brownwood but now I love it more.

When I read your post I got all excited but then I realized it wasn't take out, you purchased the ingredients and COOKED it at home. The cooking part turned me off.
