During last Friday's torrential rain,I was going home on Morse traveling south in my cart. You couldn't see two feet in front of you and the thunder and lightning were all around.Naturally I had to proceed at a much slower rate than usual. There were many cars also going the same direction. The next thing I know a golf cart pulls out on Morse Boulevard to pass me.I thought to myself does this guy value his life so little that he just has to get where he's going in such a hurry?I was dumbstruck.I have seen this kind of compulsion to get where you are going quickly and damn the consequences far too often. It's been almost a week and I'm still irked.

Personally I think we do need to make sure that REAL cart speeders are stopped but 22 is too tight IMHO.
I love how everyone is being so polite to everyone all of a sudden - maybe it was me! |

As a former sailboater, I always waved while out sailing, even at the :censored: power boaters. I'm with you! :agree:  |

A (an?) LSV must not be capable of speeds exceeding 25 MPH and must be registered. A gas cart cannot be registered as a LSV as an LSV must be electric. BTW, good to have you back. |
