Default 2-story construction in Mallory?

When you are traveling north on Morse, not too far before Odell Circle near the Mallory Country Club, if you look off to the right, you see construction at the back of a property overlooking the golf course that looks like a 2-story addition. Does anyone know what this is?

I'm not sure if this is what it is but one of the new home models has a loft. I think it was a designer home.

It is a designer home -- Sarasota model.

Just an edition. The way the yard is sloped it allows it to be two levels, but if you look at the roof line it's no higher then the house roof. Well designed, very nice

I don't have a clue as I'm in Michigan now. I saw the floor plan on thevillages.com. It looks nice. I did do a home search and didn't see any for sale.

We miss our 2 story homes so much that as soon as we move here we install attic stairs.

A young couple (age 42) purchased this home and built an elevated deck which is permissible for the reason stated above. Can you imagine what a great view they must have!!!
