Default 2 twins or a Queen

We bought a home in The Villages last year but unfortunately won't be living there for another few years. We've opted to rent it out in the meantime. Right now there's a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom. We are thinking of changing out the bedroom set in the GUEST bedroom. Do you think most renters would prefer two twins or a queen / full size bed and there?

I would go with the twin beds. More flexibility for guests.

I have two twin beds that I can push together to make a king, like they do on the cruise ships.

Depends on how "active" the renters are using the 2nd BR. Personally I'd go with a queen.

I have two twin beds in my guest room in a trundle bed. When both beds are in use, I separate them into an L shape in the room. This makes the room feel and function with much more space. If the guests prefer to have one bed, I push the two twins together to make a king size bed. Lots of flexibility with two twin beds, IMHO.

I agree 2 twin beds pushed together to make a king. You can buy a kit to do this which includes a strap and a piece of foam to cover the crack where the 2 beds come together.
