Tampa is top rated, which is a city of mostly high priced homes and condos. Yet Wesley Chapel is a suburb 20 miles north which has interstate connections to downtown in 20 minutes and has Costco, golf courses, malls, movie theaters and is rated at the bottom like TV. Any senior with common sense would chose Wesley Chapel and the suburb lifestyle rather than the city hustle bustle of urban life, but they rate the city life as a high priority, total non-sense.
