Every time I think about it I have to smile. Sometimes a plan works out.

I will meet a friend I have NEVER seen, but know by all of his wonderful posts.

And each time he would wish a new person welcome when they were moving here, my heart would ache for him.

Now HE will be living his dream and We G's wish him every day of a thousand years of happiness.

Congrats 2B. So so happy for you. I too read so many of your posts while I was lurking on TOTV before very recently signing up and so enjoyed them. Can't wait to hear the rest of your story as you shop for a new home and everything to go with it. We are feverishly working on our home so we can list it ASAP. Hopefully we will get to meet before the end of the year when we complete our journey to paradise. Have a ball !!:MOJE_whot:

Watching his journey made him many friends which he so deserves.

2B, what kind of house are you looking for?

Are you looking for sale by owner? There's one for sale by owner on my dog-walking route. It is in Tamarind grove, so it's probably 1-2 yrs old. It's either a small designer or a large ranch, with lanai in back and wall behind. Nice street over by the TG mailbox park with beautiful live oaks behind the park.

I think bing maps has the street on it--2473 Ansley Path. I could get the telephone # to call. It's a 412 area code, which is Pittsburgh.

Hey 2BNTV - congrats! I have always loved the diplomacy of your posts, it is a lost art now days and certainly in a blog setting.... I can feel for you, my home in the Villages was a dream almost 20 years in the making, dude I am so happy for you!

I am currently in Ohio but plan to be back in the Villages for the month of May as I only live there part time (I am 56 and just a "pup"). I will be going to the TOTV get together at Crispers in May, I hope to see you there.
