Question RV parking

New to the Villages. Is there a place that an RV can just be parked while the friends would be staying with us? Also would like to know if there is a camping area which is golf cart accessible to the Villages if someone wanted to live in their RV for an extended time during the winter months?

If it's more than a night or two they would have to go to one of the storage facilities where you pay to store them. They will give you a permit to park at some of the regional rec. centers but not for more than a couple days. I don't think there are any RV parks that are legally accessible by golf car and Recreation Plantation is probably the closest one to The Villages off of Rolling Acres.

Their RV can stay at your house for three days. Longer term Recreation Plantation.

72 hours max, cannot be hooked up to anything, and makes your neighbors very happy. The 72 hour rule is for homeowners that have an RV giving them time to load or unload the unit, not intended for guest parking or as a spare bedroom.
