Cool store. If you fancy yourself an aficionado of good spirits ( and there sure as heck nothing wrong with that, since I do ) there is something for everyone. ABC is evidently local to Florida and I was pleasantly surprised with the great selection. Bring your wallet ( and there is nothing wrong with that either, since you get what you pay for ). Prohibitionists and those opposed to people enjoying themselves prior to visiting the great beyond need not post a reply.

A day without wine is a day without sunshine. Never forget that.

We were there Saturday. It is the largest ABC I have ever seen. They have a large selection and the employees are very helpful. One guy said he would bring me a vodka they did not stock from the Ocala store that did have it.

Don't be surprised if it never shows up. If the Ocala manager wants to keep it for his customers, sorry, out of stock, or back-ordered. Many highly allocated items are treated that way, so the selling store gets credit for it. But it is a new store and you might get lucky,

I worked there at one time.

(If you stated what Vodka I could better let you know your chances,)

Doesn't seem to be very rare. It's under $100 and been out for a few years so your chances are pretty good. Interestingly, if I remember correctly, it comes in a 700ml bottle rather than the traditional 750ml.

I was like a kid in a candy store with the craft beer selections. They let you mix and match so you do not have to buy the entire pack. The charge per bottle is higher than the pack price but you get to test it first before committing to the entire pack.

I bought a Samuel Smith chocolate stout delicious, also a Boulevard bourbon barrel aged ale that must have bourbon added because it is 11.2% alcohol. You can taste the bourbon and the oak from the barrel aging

11.2%? No wonder they call you Crash!

I kinda doubt they can add hard liquor to beer though.

ABC Stores are the old Alcohol Beverage Control stores when you could only buy spirits at these stores and nowhere else in Florida. Thankfully, Florida ended "prohibition", although a little late, and opened up the market. Frankly, it's worth driving to Orlando to Total Wine. Better selection and lower prices.

We went there Saturday to stock the bar with some good " stuff ". We moved to Florida in 2014 and never got around to that for some reason. After denting the credit card line of credit that was accomplished. Great selection and an extremely helpful staff. If they do not have it, they try to find it. Five stars !
