Victorian homes never had a closet in the bedroom - so I guess they were bedroomless homes

Where are you going to put a closet when the bathroom is on other side of the wall and right wall is by front door?
Just have the closet companies here to build you one in the corner as a space saver with a shelf and short hanging bar like we do inside our closets! I have a gardenia and that’s a very small room so you don’t want to cut it smaller. An open closet built in corner is a nice add. I just kept mine a nice den with a loveseat and Big TV and small desk. |

Actually state real estate regs say bedrooms must have closets.

OP: usually the advertising says “ third bedroom without a closet”. Yours didn’t I understand. |

Gardenia/Beginia
When we bought our Begonia in 2011, it was advertised as a 2/2/1. Meaning there were two bedrooms, two baths and a den. I thought that was how it was still listed today for both the gardenia and the begonia.

Depends. You can stretch the front or side of a gardenia and add the closet to make it a 3 bedroom. If bedroom or den 3 has a witches hat, then it is stretched.
So, gardenias, begonias, sunflowers can go either 2 or 3 bedrooms |

We will still use it as a combo office/bedroom. The Village Sun has a couple of pages of real estate and almost all houses are listed as 3 bedrooms when the agents know that it is not really true in most cases. |
