Default adding sliding screen door to lanai

We have a CYV with a screened in lanai and sliding glass doors leading to the living room. Problem is when we leave the glass doors open for air, the anoles that get onto the porch thru the vinyl siding also can get in the house.
Wonder if anyone has had a sliding screen installed to fit over the sliding glass doors? And if so, who did the work?
Any input would be much appreciated.

We had the whole unit replaced and we got a screen. I was told that you can't put a screen on an existing lanai door because you need a separate track for the screen. Romac did ours and I would not recommend them.
