I would say between $1600 and $2000 depending on location. Tenants are also expected to pay water, electric, gas, cable, Wi-Fi and phone in most cases. You can get a good feel for rates by going to VH4R Home Rentals in The Villages and searching for long term rentals. Good luck. Rae

Does it have to be unfurnished? We have one in Fenney for 1800 a month furnished.
