Default Adult Adoption?

Anyone want to adopt me?

I know that I am a bit older, 51....so???????

I really want to retire and move to TV.

I own a business here, so I just can't "up and leave"....unless I get adopted.

My new parents should have the following:

A POOL.....I have one now, so it is hard to give up.
A Nice Golf Cart
An extra bedroom
Patience

Any takers?

This is so funny. I got 'adopted' by a couple who are 30. I lost both of my parents and am an 'orphan' so I didn't want parents who are older anymore. Too much of a chance of losing them again to old age. This young couple seemed perfect. Young enough to have energy and not die off soon and a great loving couple, fun to do things with and good friends of mine. I'm a great adoptee because I have a masters degree so they won't have to pay for college, my own home, enough money to take care of myself and am already housebroken. Seemed like a great match. I didn't ask for a pool. Maybe you should consider what you ask for <winnk>. It worked for us. We have been very happy for several years.

I might be persuaded to adopt you on a few conditions:

1) I'm 53 and my wife is 51 so your new Mom and Dad would not be much older than you.

2) You must keep your room clean and make your bed every day.

3) Since it's TV your curfew is 9:10 PM every night, this will give you 10 minutes to get home after dancing at the square.

4) No guest in your bedroom, any visitors will need to be entertained in the guest areas of the house.

5) You must empty the garbage every day.

6) You mentioned a business you own. How successful? Mom and I are retired and live on a fixed income so we will need a few thousand room and board. lets just round it off to 4 k a month.

If any of the above rules are broken we will kick you out but would still expect as our son that you would still continue to support us financially in the manner we will quickly become accustom too with your $4k a month. Love your new Mom and Dad

With over 106,000 people here, I'm sure you'll find someone who will adopt you. Good Luck!

Love the rules! As my Dad used to tell my sisters and I once we reached adolescence, "It's my way or the highway."

And I am also available for adoption by a loving couple in TV. I don't have my own business, but I do come with pretty good computer skills and I can multitask.

Okay....Pool is now "optional"...since TV has a few....can I bring a cocktail to the TV pools?

See...that is where we differ...I was going to sell my business and house, come to TV....get adopted...and put all the cash into investments.....hoping to be "loved" by my new parents!

Hold on just a minute, I always thought of you as a guy. If that is so I can understand the computer skills but come on, multitasking, really??
I think you might Be stretching your resume a bit.

Okay..........

1) WOW...you're like OLD......wife....not so much.

2) I do keep my room clean....and I throw the comforter over the pillows every morning...that count?

3) LMAO!.....I will be "helping clean up" at the one bar that stays open past 10pm.

4) Ummmm....okay....what if you guys wake up?

5) By the term, "empty", do you mean bring it OUT...to the curb?....Do you have a NICE golf cart that could help me accomplish this?

6) yes, it is successful....I don't know how because I am pretty lazy...I think that we need to meet somewhere in the middle, because I really won't be doing anything constructive, productive, or financially rewrding once I get "adopted"......say....$200/month because I can make that mowing some lawns on a riding mower.

Yes, as your new son, I would continue to send you the $200/month as long as my "newer" parents work that into the allowance..........
Did I mention allowance?
