we moved to the Villages for many reasons. A big one is NOT to have to be around babies. Don't bring it here.

Please don’t bring a baby into an adult pool area. Save yourself the embarrassment.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but these two posts seem to suggest that it is OK to :
a) check out the pool to see if you can break the rules if no one is there (unless they arrive after you), and
b) just ignore the rules and bear the consequences since there probably aren't any.

Why? People go to the sanctuary of the adult pool for quiet, tranquility and adult company. They, for example, do not try to attend a kindergarten class.
