The ones in Calumet Grove occurred along the path of a stormwater drain suggesting either a coincidence or a design or building flaw. The District 4 Supervisors, taking the easy way out, attributed the damage to the former and raised our maintenance fee by 20% to cover repairs. I am not convinced that the drainage system is properly designed and installed, at least not up here in Marion County.
