AdvantaClean 407-973-6352 AC runs more quietly, less allergic reaction. I was very pleased with quality of service. Not cheap, but I feel much better afterwards.

Duct work - pass. Change Filters HVAC keep clean and dryer lint filter clean too. No problems.

The dryer lint filter is not completely effective. I would suggest occasionally going outside and looking at the gooseneck outlet on your roof. If you see an accumulation of lint on it, you may need to have the duct cleaned out. Also, if your clothes are taking longer to dry.

According to the NFPA, about 17,000 house fires per year are caused by dryer vents.
