For the new people that just moved here...today is Mardi Gras...suggestions on when is a good time to go down...should we take our own chairs...in the paper it has events listed...some at Pavilion...Lake Shore Drive...Canal Stage...Boardwalk...my understanding is not to position your chair at just town square...am I reading this right...any suggestions would be appreciated...looking forward to this today...thank you
