Default With all the holes of golf here.....

why don't the rec centers have practice nets to hit into to go along with all the other outdoor amenities? Nets and mats; half a dozen or so at each center. Likely less space and would get more use than the archery ranges or air gun ranges, basketball courts, etc.

Go to the championship courses. They have the practice nets.

The championship courses that don't have a driving range have practice nets.

The other things you mention all have a very high use! Really only makes sense to have golf practice areas at golf courses in my opinion.

I use the nets all the time. Especially before I tee off on championship courses. And when I want to hit just a few balls to loosen up. I would like to see one net at each executive course.

Maybe because they are only at championship courses? I can say the same about the air gun and archery ranges in Fenney, yet we have them.

Confusing response.

I could live with this. Much more convenient than having to go to a championship course to get a little swing time in.

I'm explaining why nets are not at rec centers. The current supply is greater than the current demand.

Ranges???.......unrelated.

This could be a popular idea. My suggestion is to attend a meeting of the PWAC and ask them if they would consider seeking funding. It will require money, and therefore will need to be in the budget.

I suspect that with the play Exec's get the wait would be considerable plus there isn't much area available to place them.

That makes sense to me those of us who play executive courses don't want to be stopping at two courses.
