Vitamin C is an antihistamine, antiviral and antibacterial. Start with 1000mg/ 3x/day, then increase as needed.

When feeling something coming on, I take loading dose of 5 grams. And then take 2-3 grams several times a day until I feel well. It works!

Allergies are just one bad thing about moving to the Sunshine State, it’s tree pollen & it’s going to happen every year! So go to your Dr. & get your allergy shots.
