Before we all get carried away with reason for the expansion of highways outside TV consider that the surrounding towns ,etc are also expanding rapidly

Jim McLaughlin is someone who has sold us two houses and I trust his word, knowing him as we do, and he always says that the sales staff is told when the public is told of a new happening. I don't think it was planned, I really do think there was a build out that they were heading for, and they changed their minds.

:agree: When I first saw TV, the build-out date was 2010.

Why wouldn't the developer keep on building when the demand is still great? I have faith in the Morse family doing the right thing by building the necessary amenities that will enhance the new housing.

More and more people are retiring everyday and we are fast becoming an older population. At least from what I have read.

The term build-out simply refers to approximately when construction will be complete for the current plan. Plans change and the corresponding build-out estimate changes with it. The only thing that would be rare and unusual is if the plan (and corresponding build-out estimate) never changed.

I don't mind how big TV gets as long as they build/update the infrastructure/facilities and increase the number of golf courses to handle expansion. I've lived in small town America most of my life and I like having more choices of places to go and things to do in a large metropolitan area vs. a small town.

All the reasons I read on here about the negative's of continuing to build are just guesses. Our first visit was in the summer of 2004. Lake Sumter was just getting under way. Now we live in Lake Sumter. Comments were made then about getting too big. I may have my head buried in the Florida sand, but, I like it even more with the addition of Brownwood.
