Default Amazing Villa

OK I know No Trespassing signs are there but if you dont let those stop you go in and check out the Villa being built on the Golf Course across from the Neighborhood Wal Mart.
Three Car Garage, Huge Entry, Huge Laundry Room, What appears to be a Butlers Panty. 3 Fireplaces. Infinity Spa and Pool.

Default Quite a place

It's quite amazing. I didn't see see any "No trespassing" signs. I wonder if it has been sold and how much it cost the owners, or I wonder how much The Villages is asking for it. We will ride over tomorrow for a second look at the progress. I can't imagine sinking a fair amount of money into a villa that sits next to a big box store. Semis loading and unloading product, gas station noise....

I haven't seen it, but have been by the outside of those villas just today and understand there is only 30, and it's looks like they are coming along nicely. Figuring the veneer of the homes are very similar to Atrium Dells and Alden Bungalows which sold in the $300K to $400K range. Add in the golf course lot, pool and spa and the walkability of the Colony area, or at the very least short golf cart ride and the limited amount of homes in that community and the extra garages. I would guess $599K to $650K range.

The Clifford Villas on Sarasota Executive across from the new Walmart grocery store came up a couple of days ago for sale on TV website. They show 10 of the 33 homes, only 3 of them are golf course homes. The three golf course homes range from $320K to $330K and the seven non-golf course homes are $237K to $293K. They kept the price down on those seven by making five of them 2 bedroom Durham models.

They are in the Village of Sanibel. Here is one of the cheaper 2 BR Durham homes, it's $245,900 and as you can see they've enhanced the veneer similar to some of the other communities they've built lately. They don't have interior photos yet, but it does list granite countertops.

For those who are really interested, here's a link to the plans for the CYV, 3147 sqft. The permit list the job value at $517K, but I doubt that includes the pool for that price as it is under its own permit and that value is normally not included in the home permit.

The plans for the pool list a name which is unusual for pools built and sold with a new home here in TV unless it is a custom build, so my guess is that the home is already sold, only time will tell.

There is a notation on the blueprints that lighting fixtures will be supplied by the owner.

Looks like a lovely villa.

I was guessing that would be the case.

There are some amazing Courtyard Villa's for sale. One of the most spectacular with a gorgeous view is for sale in Mission Hills. Location is close to all of the important things on 466. Can anybody link it?

Gracie, I am not aware of a view villa in Mission Hills and I live on the view street as you know and have the most panoramic view. Where did you see it?

We went there after golf today (BTW, just had a hole-in-one on the 8th hole at Escambia, right across from the new Walmart Neighborhood Market under construction).
Decided to go into the Villas then - this one, seems to be the only one still under construction, was open and no workers. We went in - best part is the view out the back - truly OMG gorgeous. Very unusual Villa, and large. As described in this Thread. When it's completed should be quite nice, and large inside.
Just sayin', if you want an "illegal" look better be quick...
