Amenities Fee

Please excuse all my questions, but we are coming down to TV next week with the intention of purchasing a home.

How are the amenities fees paid? Is this a monthly amount or one yearly lump sum?

You will get a monthly bill for amenities,water,sewer,& trash all in one bill.
