Default Amenity Fees

What exactly do they pay for? I can think of pools, rec centers, tennis courts and executive golf courses. Does anything else come out of our amenity fees?

Our fees are paying for the reconstruction of the multimodal paths in District 1. I believe there are some other paths that falls under the AAC’s purview. But why do you want to start this topic?

I recommend everyone to take the time and view the districts website. There is a tremendous amount of useful information there including budgets, committees, departments, and contact numbers. Village Community Development Districts

Isn't that reconstruction being paid out of settlement funds?

IMHO Villagers get a lot of bang from their amenity fee buck compared to anywhere else with which I am familiar.

I bought my house in 2013 and my amentities fee was $143, today I noticed it has gone up to $152, seems to me to be a lot for 4 years
