Yes, they will never go down. So say only if you buy new or resale. But in my district it went up anyway. So far pretty good bargain, but we see in couple years of inflation?

Also they removed the cap so it can go up any time.

That $179 is for new homes, yours will stay the same and go up as normal.

Yea, they will probably continue to go up as things keep getting older. I hope nobody really thought the adult play toys would get cheaper. TV say there’s 2,000 things to do there plus clubs. Nobody really thought amenities would get cheaper did they. Everybody will get to old to do anything TV offers, then it’ll get expensive to pay to do nothing. Remember TV have expenses too!

If its Dec, CPI went up by 7% in Dec 2021 - so your $164 amenity fee isn’t going to $179 - it’s only going to $175.

Mine already went up. I called and was told that it increased on the anniversary of my closing and everyone’s will also.
