We have had several sightings of Florida bobcats around our village. They have also been sighted on some of the golf courses.

Or opossums? Not knowing the area where OP lives? It could be lots of wild animals that come out at night. Coyotes, foxes, bobcats, possum, raccoons, rabbits.
