The USA has a huge dog population.

Apartment complexes outside of Philly charge a $200 pet fee to do a DNA test of the dog. Then, if you don’t pick up, it gets tested and you get fined.
It’s a whole micro industry.

I think I read about this somewhere. It does make we wonder. Do they vote for a commissioner of dog poo? Court cases? Document custody of the poo? A poo squad? Can the prove the election is not full of poo? The race card? Much adoo about a lot of poo?

My mind, a weird thing to live with. It relates to huge taxes on cigarettes, drinks, lottery
etc the insanity of too much government.

My grandpa in rural Illinois used to shoot the offending dogs with an old air gun. Just strong enough to move them along and perhaps remember to use the next yard. He never had to worry about people walking their dogs, because nobody then and there did. I do remember that every house in the area had a shoe scraper by the door.
