Six bedrooms, large pool, and birdcage. They could have a herd of children come down and no one may ever know for how long. You would not need guest passes for the young ones with a pool that size. With this much money comes a nanny or two and a cook, no need to take the kids anywhere this house will have it all.

Does anyone know if this is a very expanded version of one of the existing premier home floor plans available or is it a totally one of a kind floor plan?

It is the Grandview with the bedroom side extended about 13-15 feet.
