Default Any Club Car Pathway owners out there

I own a Club Car Pathway which was originally built by Club Car for General Motors (GM) as a NEV. I see quite a few of them here in TV. When these carts were in the GM program they did 23 MPH, when they were removed from the program and sold to the public the speed was turned down to 19. I was wondering if anyone here has been able to figure out how to get these carts back to 23 MPH...Thanks......GN.

Someone told me about a year ago that when they turned them down, the controllers were changed to lower amperage. Put a higher amp comtroller on and go register it street legal. The first ones would do 25mph.
