I hope that when the AT & T store opens they have WELL trained reps and techs as the complaint line will be from LSL to Bonifay and rightfully so. That may be the only way to get better service. Not sure how sales of new service will be considering there current level and the promise of new towers only be used for so long.
There are a few sites on the internet that will show you the locations of cell towers in an area and anything over 200 feet has to be lighted and registered with the FCC and FAA. I might spend some time Googling some things to see if anything is in the works. AT & T may not be installing a new stand alone tower but may be cohabing on one of the existing water towers. Not sure when this store will be opening as it has been on the v-mail for a number of months. VG |

A T & T Update
Just a little AT&T update. I have been talking to AT&T since early this year when I realized reception was terrible...especially south of 466. When I arrived on Thursday, I noticed a definite improvement. I no longer have to go out on the lanai to make a phone call. Reception throughout my home is fine. So....maybe they weren't feeding me a line of baloney.
I am writing this on my iPad and I'm seeing 3 bars..... .......and those bars are not serving wine! :) AT&T reception is MUCH better.....finally! |
Good news!! Thanks for the update, swimdawg!

From Amelia not so good
I don't understand all this problem. Last winter we had good service now when we came back last week it is terrible.
Just a question for mini cell users. Does the device need to be hooked up to a computer? |
