Anyone else get this in the mail?

It says, " Notice:Government Sponsored Program" then says that because of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 there is all kinds of $$$$ available at "no cost" for "going green".

In very tiny print at the bottom it says "Plumbers' Success International"
