Our MA home just went on the market a few days ago and we got two offers over the weekend. We are so excited as the open house was such a success and both offers were above the asking price. We are closing at the end of next month and then off to the Villages-oh yeah! We bought in St James so now we just have to get our new home started.

We used the services provided from the relocation team of TV and so far so good. The recommended realtor was truly an asset. She provided us with a stager who had fantastic ideas that we never would have thought of. She used a professional photographer to take photos of our home and it made a difference in the quality. It did work as it drew people into our home. The next step is going back to TV to pick out our colors and back home to pack and wait.

Time will fly by and we will be there before we know it!
