Default Appliances choices

When one finally gets to the design team meeting, do you get a choice in brand appliances or is Whirlpool the only brand that one can coose from?

You can always decline the appliances and get whatever you wish elsewhere other than the rather expensive microwave which you must take because of the venting they need to do to get the c/o to close.

Recently we were told by our realtor and other new home buyers we have to select your appliances except for wash machine and dryer. Let me know if you find out different, we don't meet with the design team until August 29.

It is either Whirlpool or you are on your own.

I don't know what a "c/o" is either. I thought it was just me . . . .

Whirlpool or Kitchenaide were choices for Premier homes a couple of months ago.

Thank you for the information. We are buying a designer and not a premier.

I don't kow about villas, but if you are getting a designer, you can go with the standard which is whirlpool gold or upgrade to Kitchenaide. We went whirlpool for all except the dishwasher which we upgraded to Kitchenaide because we thought it would be quieter. Can't hear it at all. As others said another option is to purchase after market and get whatever you want, just check measurements. Good luck. By the way, the Ivy is the largest designer home they make.
