We have the radiant heat barrier in our attic. We store everything with the exception of candles. We have lots of plastic up there including Rubbermaid bins. No problems in 15 years in this Florida summer heat.

A set of golf clubs were destroyed by the attic heat because the grips melted to nothing. It is definitely the HOTTEST spot in your house. Plastics and rubbers don’t have a chance.
