If you are going to do it yourself, spend the $100 and buy a paint spraying unit. You can spray a house in less than a day and it will look great compared to brushes. Just a thought.

Our Gardenia exterior paint job with good paint from Sherwin Williams was about $1500

Another vote for Omar's. He and his crew painted two coats onour Gardenia for considerably less than your price and were great to deal with.
