It sounds like you still need a plumber to analyze the situation and then take appropriate action.

I’ve used several plumbers since 2016. I would call the Villages plumber 352-205-5262. They stand by there work. And the company is owned by 3 licensed master plumbers.

Based on your description I’d say it sounds like clogged main drain or clogged vent pipe. See if there is something blocking any of the vent pipes on the roof. ( look from the ground, let a young plumber climb on the roof)

Check with Home Warranty Department. It is likely this problem is covered under the 10 yr construction warranty. It’s certainly worth a phone call find out. Have you discussed this issue with Mike Scott Plumbing or if you don’t want to work with them discuss the ongoing problem with another firm. I wouldn’t pay to have a snake run down the line again. Perhaps camera?
