Default TV Deed Restriction Violations

I have seen a couple of comments about Deed Restriction Violations since I have been following the forum.

What type of violations have you seen since you have been in TV?

For the most part the only violation I see are "stuff" in people's yards. For the most part tastefully done, but still in violation. Unless someone reports this - nothing happens.

You are probably right but you also have to remember that most of the property north of 446 is allowed "stuff" in their yards.

Thaink dishes are the same as "stuff" in your yard. Depends on where you live.

Here's the most recent document I could find from the VCDD Community Standards Department regarding satellite dishes:

http://www.districtgov.org/departmen...e%20Dishes.pdf

Note that they are referred to as "guidelines".
