Have to disagree. The food at Lopez is much better than the other country clubs

You're correct, the OP asked about best view and atmosphere...... what did "have heard food quality has dropped lately ( haven’t eaten there recently so I’m not sure)" have to do with the question? And how can one say the food quality has dropped and admit they haven't been there recently all in the same sentence? I personally don't care..... if you want to bad mouth a place knock yourself out - just realize what you are doing. I've had good meals there and bad ones too. That's "fact" not something I "heard".

I'm new with only 6 days into ownership and to date have only dined in 4 CC's. Here is my take: Orange Blossom doesn't have much atmosphere, more like a lunch place. It does have a very pretty view of the waterfall at the pool during the day, especially if you get a table outside. Fenny Grill is nice too, if you have a table outside for lunch and enjoy looking at the family pool. It's really beautiful over there, nice place to walk after a meal. Havana has a really nice atmosphere , and gave me NYC steak house vibes with an interesting menu, but it was evening so I did not see a view. Glenview was nice inside and dining overlooking the golf course was a beautiful view. The people that run Glenview, Havana and Fenney bend over backwards to make you feel welcomed and are so nice. As far as food is concerned they're all decent with Havana having the nicest menu. I haven't had a superb meal in any of them but I will continue to go for atmosphere, and support of our local businesses.

Just remember best does not equal good. It's been quite a few years since we've gone to most of these for lunch or dinner but you may look in the newspaper to see who's running the specials for the surf and turf during the midweek those are usually pretty good as they take extra care.

Not sure if Fenney Grill qualifies as a CC restaurant. I think Havana has great food and service. This time of the year it's nice to sit by the fireplace at Palmer and food is great there too.

I heard that they recently opened a restaurant on the moon, but they had to close it. The food was good, but it had no atmosphere.
I think Glenview has the best food and view. They also have BOGO on Saturday.

Mallory Hill CC reminds me the most of a local country club's atmosphere.
