Take them to small claims court for harassment. You have it well documented.

Everything is done by computer automatically these days. I guess the lesson to be learned is to cancel well in advance of the shut off time, ideally, a month in advance.

Class action lawsuit, anyone?
Spectrum's products are good, but I'd bet they're customer service ratings would be even less favorable than Kamala Harris. Problems aren't restricted to Florida. There are probably millions of dissatisfied Spectrum customers all over the country with similar experiences to yours. And in most cases, cable subscribers have no alternative. The dropped calls are just one of many guerilla tactics they use to frustrate complainers.
If anyone has the time and inclination to file a class-action, count me in! |

1) June 27 was a Sunday…was the store even open in a Sunday? 2) If it was, and you returned the equipment that day, you should have a receipt from them proving you turned it in that date. If you don’t have that receipt, then your problem, and you owe. If you have it, fight it. |
