No not at all.
I am just stating facts and make villagers aware of the potential risk of hiring someone that is unlicensed and unwilling to supply there insurance certificate.
There is a great deal of elderly people in the villages that are kind and unsuspecting people and have been taken by alot of dishonest contractors.
Asking for a insurance certificate should not be a big deal.
I ask all my contractors for there insurance certificates and workers comp. and license if necessary and have never been refused up to now.
Just a heads up and FYI for everyone.
It is a personal choice in how you want to handle people that work for you.
Have a great day Bonny.

No i am sorry i really don't.
Just want to be sure i am dealing with a reputable licensed and insured contractor and don't want to learn from the hard school of knocks.
But everyone has a right to there opinion.
Have a good day.

Sorry i don't mean to sound that way, i am really not.
Sometimes emails and texts have no tones and it is hard to read someone. I am only expressing FYI for people.
Sorry that you feel that way.
i think i have said enough, this was only meant to raise public awareness.
Have a great day!
