Big tall single tower that can be seen behind Belle Glade CC in the protected area?

Cell tower?. what is it? Does not resemble a cell tower but more like radio or some type of communication tower. Anyone know?

There are power lines that go thru that area. Go to GoogleMaps and type in 446 Moyer Loop and look at the satellite view.
