Had multiple free trials at BJ's over the years. Not impressed. A poor third to Costco and Sam's club. Nobody beats Costco.

Agree. Just drove 40 minutes to Orlando Costco. So many surprises at Costco. A month's worth of pork loin for $12. Nice Shirts for $12. Great coffee beans. etc.

Yep. The ugly third cousin of Costco. The Sams Club (ugly second cousin) in my last town was letting dogs ride around in the food carts. I quit them in a boisterous fashion.

I disagree, I have been a member of BJs for over 30 years and I love it. Tried Costco but it was a mess, hated it. Never had a reason to go to Sams as Walmart had everything they do.

BJs by golf cart will be the best.

just a month? I've bought more than than for less from BJs. but if you want to buy your clothes at Costco that's cool. I know a lot of people that have done that at Farm & Fleet, etc. wierd but whatever.

As for Costco being better, it's a myth. Sam's is the worst since it's just a large Walmart and the meats are subgrade at best, seafood... yuck, their inhouse label tastes worse than stormshelter rations. Costco is ok, the meat quality is ok, seafood isn't bad, mostly on par with Publix but far less cost. The inhouse label stuff is ok yet since I'm also lining them up with publix the publix inhouse label is flat costco is a bit above that. BJ's at times leans Publix grade but better price to Canadian AAA for a great price. The inhouse label stuff is far better than anyone elses, and the bakery at the ones I've been at is far superior to the others. I judge everything by meat and bakery the rest anyone can do.

With that said - that's my taste and preference. unlike the rest of the posts that will come after this one - I explained why I prefer one over the other....the rest will just pick up a rock and toss it at a window so to say.

enjoy whichever, can't believe this became a hen fight

I luv the act of cutting coupons and “saving” even more at bjs -I’m old school…..I just missed green stamps by 10 years

We're really looking forward to the opening of BJs. Having a golf cart accessible big box store like this is exciting. We've shopped Sam's and Costco and are eager to give BJs a try..

Big box store and golf cart don't belong in the same sentence...unless your cart is pulling a trailer.

We belong to all 3 Warehouse Clubs for different reasons. By far COSTCO has the cheapest prices for the same products. Not all clubs carry the same merchandise. Some are specific to only 1 club.

Wow! Much bigger than I expected. That ought to thin out the crowds at Sam’s Club!
