Suggest you do a search using Blueberries and the local zip code. I have done it in the past for organic products and I know there are some blueberry growers within easy reach of TV.

Local blueberries are wonderful!

Check out this link and scroll down for U-Pick farms in Lake County. Or go to Brownwood famers maket on Saturday morning. They pick the blueberries on Friday.

Where in East-Central Florida to find pick your own farms and orchards for fruit, vegetables, pumpkins and canning & freezing instructions!

Try this place, Heather Oaks Farm, 4240 Christmas Lane, Lady Lake, FL 32159. Phone: 352-753-1184. Email: Htheroaks@aol.com.

Nice, nice couple who are working so hard to make a go of their farm. They are situated across 441 down past Home Depot. If you are interested I can give you the route.

Yes, that's one of the farms listed on the link that I posted above. The link has the telephone number, times open, directions and all. It also says they sell blueberry plants so you can grow blueberries at home. Sounds like a nice farm.

Picked blueberries at Sugar Hill Blueberries last Sunday. $3.00 per lb. EXCELLENT picking with lots of ripe berries. They give you this spiffy harness that holds the bucket in front of you for 2 handed picking delight!

Located 3/4 mile west of SR 484 on SE 36th Ave in Belleview (36th is also called cr367)

Maybe you can find them on Saturday at the Brownwood Farmers Market.

I didn't go last week, but it's time to start watching for blueberries! Time for a smoothie.
