The Village of Duval has a "Borrow and Lend" service listed on their website: http://villageofduval.googlepages.com/borrowandlendpage. What a great idea! Think this concept would work for TOTV? Friendly neighbors helping each other in the "Friendliest Hometown in America" :2cool:
