Default Question about mowers.

We are thinking about buying one of the non-powered reel type mowers. They worked well on St. Augustine grass at our former home. Not sure how they would work on this type grass.

What kind of grass do you have there? When we visited I thought it looked like bermuda, but was told it wasn't. Anyway, we have a non-powered push mower and it has worked fine with our bermuda. We overseed with winter rye and it works ok with the rye, but not quite as well...as the rye is kind of delicate and flimsy (for lack of a better word).

Default Reel mower

Reel mowers are recommended for Zoysia Grass.

I have one listed in the Items For Sale Forum here at TOTV.
