Blondies looks like it will be very nice. The family is always looking for ways to improve The Villages.

It was katie belles and the movies that convinced them

I’m sure you are referring to Katie Belle’s on Spanish Springs Square where only residents and their guests were welcomed. I am of considerable opinion that KB was a marketing tool for The Villages. Likely the marketing department of TV or Harold Schwartz’s idea. Mr. Schwartz was a personable marketing man in his 80’s when we met him and he liked to hangout in the Sales office greeting newcomers. Gary Morse, on the other hand, was the “genius planner” for The villages. Few residents ever saw Mr. Morse. The theater’s, I believe, were also marketing tools of The Villages. When such is no longer needed, they are expendable. Fore!

Wasn't Morse the one who liked to play golf in jeans, so that is why they now allow jeans on the golf courses?

I heard that “legend” too, but personally never saw Morse on a golf course. He was the introvert and his father Schwartz the extrovert.

People would go there for dinner, then stay for music and dancing. And when the Square closed up for the night, people would head into Katie Belle's to continue the partying. Very popular night club, and probably a pickup place for singles I'm guessing.
Good response.

Not that anyone wants my opinion, but that would be my vote - I believe it would be very popular.

I think they have some nice plans for Spanish Springs. There is a youtube video that shows what is going on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjWReZNaAm8

Doesn’t the developer know he doesn’t need to spend any money in Spanish springs or LSL? There are no more houses to sell.
Think Blondies will help them sell those 10 lots by Hacienda?

No, but the new amenities there might...
