I thank you for the kind words. I think what happened is I didn't get mad at PT personally, I got mad at the mere mention of any thing I thought was negative about TV. I'm new and have just fallen in love with her so I believed I was defending her honor. There have been some other negative things on here lately like'are the services going down?etc, sooooo

It's easy to confuse new folks and in talking about the discount I didn't want them to think going through the Design Center was a bad thing, but rather something that helps them and is a necessity anyway. In NC where I live some would consider what happened to me as being tarred and feathered by all her friends on here, I accept it, and will learn from i,t and move on. Ya'll have a good day out there. Jim

I'm confused...is the discount for anyone that meets with the design team and starts their home before Sept. 30 OR is it limited to the first 200? We are meeting them on Aug. 8 and would like to know if it's too late for us now? Our sales rep has been on vacation, so we can't check with her untill Monday. Thanks.

It happens on here once in awhile, I don't think they meant to 'tar and feather' you. I believe this medium is hard since it is not a face to face encounter and it is easy to misunderstand others and to be misunderstood. For instance, I started the post about TV possibly not keeping up with quality since I felt things were being misrepresented. I think some people are just naysayers and they naysay a lot....so they can leave a bad impression of the place which is not exactly the whole picture just their bias!
