Have new neighbors who moved in and there is question about having cars with full painting of the business and phone information on them,. Often parked outside. Someone said their is a rule against this?

Seems they are not allowed in all districts except 10? If they were smart they would use magnetic signs. I see some vehicles with them. Guess that's one way to get around it.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is a restriction regarding parking a business vehicle in your driveway. However, it is against deed restrictions to be running a business out of your home.

This is what it says across the board:

The following exceptions apply:
● Campers, Winnebago’s, and other RVs are allowed on the
driveway not to exceed 72 hours (3 days) provided they are not
plugged in or inhabited. This allowance is made in an effort to
accommodate the packing and unpacking of the RV.
● Service vehicles, for example, Joe’s TV Service, Embarq, Bob’s
Plumbing & A/C Service, etc. are prohibited except for the period of time they are
servicing the home or lot.
• Vehicle Repair, under no conditions should vehicles be repaired in the driveway
except for minor repairs such as flat tire repair, tire inflation or detailing.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong?

On the "short-cut" to Brownwood, on Eisenhower Way....coming in the back side of Eisenhower Rec Center, there is always a SUV with advertising on the driveway. Was always surprised the neighbors don't complain.

I think a lot of the people abusing this are the real estate people
that live here.
