The bottom line: Buy what you like and can afford in a location that works for you. As ajack said, you can run into issues with pre-owned homes - this can happen anywhere. But sometimes if you find everything you're looking for in an existing home and factor in some plus-and-minus values for things that have been added or will need addressed/replaced, it can be a viable way to go.
I feel 'location' is going to be an issue for some as time rolls on. If someone's wanting to buy in a centralized location in TV a few years from now, they're going to have to go with a pre-owned home. All the new construction is going to be heading south towards Wildwood. Bill |
