and all the other things like guest id's & passes per guest each time @ $55ish. not a BIG deal, but it adds up.

We bought a house a mile from Spanish Springs Town Center for a rental property, and it has worked out great. Our expenses for the entire year are paid with the rent we receive for the months January thru April. Last year we rented it out for a total of nine months. So far this year we are booked through the end of June. A word of warning on some “turnkey” properties. We bought ours turnkey and ended up replacing absolutely everything as we felt that none of the furnishings were good enough for the amount we charge. Thankfully, quality second hand furniture is easy to come by! Best of luck with whatever you decide!
