I had a problem with our Hayward controller I got in touch with saltsolutionsinc.com they are in Tampa, took a picture of circuit board wire connections then removed the board sent to Salt solutions they rebuilt circuit board quick return guaranteed repair has been working well for 3+ years.

If you have a all Hayward pool system it has a 3 year warranty, if you're still under warranty call the pool builder to get it fixed.
